Method of Breeding - Synthetic variety based on 13 clones.

Intended Use - Fall overseeding of dormant warm-season turf. Nurse crop for permanent
turf in cool-season area.

Description - Very dark green plants with poor head and poor cold tolerance. Excellent
spring transition to warm-season turf in winter overseeding area. In cool season area,
excellent nurse crop for Kentucky bluegrass over a two- to three-year period .

Adapted to - PHZ winter overseeding - 7, 8, 9, 10; nurse crop - 4, 5, 6.
